I am passionate about health and fitness, one of my many passions is women’s health.
Often women experiencing hormonal changes encounter feelings of self-doubt and loss of confidence. Your body is not complicated or mysterious or unruly, quite the opposite. Your woman’s body is strong and vital and wise, and with the right support, it knows exactly how to be healthy. I want women to feel inspired, empowered & free from self-doubt. You deserve a body that simply works! And to look at your body and love what you see.
I run mixed ability classes including Fitness Pilates, Step, Cardio, Strength and Fit Female Project. My group face to face classes are run in multiple health clubs in the Stockport and Cheshire area. I also run an online timetable, which has had participants as far afield as Dubai taking part. I have worked one to one with clients and enjoy running the occasional corporate classes.
I always aim to encourage individuals within my group classes to feel confident, strong, healthy and motivated. We are all on a journey and our bodies needs change as we grow older. I believe we should work with our body and strive to be the best we can be! I want individuals to feel they can achieve their goals and with my knowledge and experience we can make that goal a reality.
